When will my order ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. During major collection launches or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days due to high volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties depending on your local regulations.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of nail polish, we cannot accept returns on used products. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 30 days.

Are Holo Taco products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All Holo Taco products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do our ingredient suppliers.

What does '5-free' mean?

Our polishes are '5-free,' meaning they are formulated without Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor.

How can I prevent my polish from chipping?

For the longest-lasting manicure, we recommend starting with a clean nail, applying a base coat, two thin layers of color, and sealing everything with one of our high-gloss top coats.
